What is the best disposable diaper?
There are so many diapers in the market that sometime it gets confusing and hard to decide on the type of diapers to buy. Even among the cheapest and most economical diapers, there are quite a few to choose from. From soft to extra soft and 100% no leak to extra fitting around the waist. How do you know which is the best diaper for your child? Does the most expensive diaper mean you are getting the best for your baby? Or are cheap diapers necessary more inferior? For the new parents especially, there are decisions to be made when you are standing right in front of the shelves full of diapers from the different manufacturers.
Every diaper is designed to be just a little difference than their competitor's diaper. They may look the same with a little difference in graphics or color, but each is marketed with a different benefit. This can be benefiting to the customer because then there will be a diaper to fit everyone. You can find out from your neighbours which brand works for them and then maybe find out from forums on the internet. And you can get different answers altogether for all the brands in the market. Why? Because every baby is different in terms of size and weight and every parents’ expectation is also different. What is essential in the diapers for one parent may not be the same for another. Some diapers give the baby rash in the bum, but the same diapers works perfectly well for a few hundred others. So what should you do?
First make a survey and narrow down to a few favorite brands. Then try the several different diaper brands before you find the best disposable diaper brand that works for your baby. If you experience common problems with the diaper that you are using, cross it out immediately and move on to the next. So it means you should just try the minimum quantity and see how the diaper performs. Look out for leaking at the legs and the back. See if the disposable diapers causes rash on your baby's skin. If you baby is happy and dry most of the time, then you may have bought the right diapers already.
